A: Check in is 3pm

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: We charge the full amount of the reservation upon time of booking. Cancel 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellation within the 48 hours prior to reservation, a one night stay will be charged.

Q: Are you pet friendly?
A: No, we recommend the Wallace Inn if you are traveling with pets

Q: Do you allow smoking?
A: Our entire hotel is Non-Smoking.

Q: Is there an elevator?
A: No, we do not have an elevator. All rooms are located on the second floor of the hotel which is up a flight of stairs.

Q: Is there free parking?
A: There is plenty of free street parking

Q: Do you offer a breakfast
A: We offer a starter breakfast to get your day going. Coffee, tea, fruit and breakfast bars

Q: Do you have bike storage?
A: Yes we offer guests free bike storage

Q: How far are you from Route of the Hiawatha?
A: 10 minutes to Lookout Pass (for tickets/bike rentals) and about 15 minutes to the East Portal trailhead.

Q: Will I get a bathroom in my room?
A: ALL but 3 rooms have their own private bathrooms. Those 3 rooms now share a fully renovated and enlarged single use bathroom.

Q: Do you have hair dryers available?
A: Yes. Hair dryers are available at the front desk upon request.

Q: Do you have a pool?
A: The hotel does not have a pool but the City of Wallace just renovated the Public Pool that is right around the corner and is available for a very minimal price. Check out their site here.
