What time is check-in and check out?Check-in is between 3pm PST and 9pm PST. If you are arriving after 9pm, please contact hotel for after hours arrival information. Check out is by 11am PST.

What is the cancellation policy?We charge one night of the reservation upon time of booking. The remainder is charged to your booking card day of arrival. Cancel 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellation within the 48 hours prior to reservation, a one night stay will not be refunded.

Are you pet friendly?No, we recommend the Wallace Inn if you are traveling with pets.

Do you allow smoking?The entire hotel is Non-Smoking.

Is there an elevator?No, we do not have an elevator. All rooms are located on the second floor of the hotel which is up a flight of stairs.

Are there rooms on the first floor?No, all rooms are located up 2 flights of stairs.

House RulesQuiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the rooms or on the property. A $175+ fee will be charged for smell remediation if smoking or vaping occurs in the room. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted. Service animals are always permitted. For approved pets, guests must clean up after them. Additional fees may apply for any damages caused. Guest Count: All guests, including children and infants, must be listed on the reservation. The total guest count must match the booking. Late Check-Out: Check-out time is at 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $50 fee. If you'd like to extend your stay, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Toilets: Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, even if labeled “flushable,” or other non-disposable items to prevent plumbing issues. Parties and Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Cleaning fees starting at $150 will apply if additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess or parties. Exterior Cameras: For your safety and ours, security cameras are in use on the exterior of the property. Do not tamper with or disable them. Damages and Missing Items: Please report any damages or missing items during your stay. Additional charges may apply for unreported issues found after check-out. Trash: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside your room to avoid attracting pests. Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance for unexpected events. Refunds cannot be provided due to inclement weather or other disruptions beyond our control. No Drugs or Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. Respect for Property: Please leave the room in good condition. Excessive cleaning or damages may result in additional fees. Maintenance: Light maintenance may occur during your stay. If service is required, we will provide advance notice whenever possible.

Is there free parking?Yes, there is plenty of free street parking. Please be mindful of handicap and Dr Office designated parking.

Where can I park my trailer?Best places to park trailers are on 7th Street and under the freeway with the entrance being across from the Harvest Foods grocery store on Bank Street.
